All items purchased online must be returned by post with a return note with your full details for either a refund or exchange.

Customer Orders

All items shown on our website are in stock based at our UK warehouse, ready for immediate dispatch. If in the unlikely event or for any reason, your item is not available upon completion of your order we will contact you immediately.

Your order is accepted once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that we have received your payment and the item will be despatched from our goods out warehouse based in the UK on the same day as payment is received and dispatched with Royal Mail using a tracking number. Please check the address that is selected for delivery as we are unable to make changes once your order is placed with GusturiRomanesti.co.uk. Occasionally and very rarely events outside of our control may mean delays are incurred. We will notify you if this is the case. All orders are sent out using Royal Mail as our chosen courier once payment is accepted, using a tracking code. At GusturiRomanesti.co.uk we take pride in making your shopping experience enjoyable with us and delight in your delivery arriving on time. However for unknown reasons our courier Royal Mail may experience delays in transit. GusturiRomanesti.co.uk are then required to abide by the terms and conditions of the delivery company.

On all orders you can pay by credit or Debit card and Paypal via the website. Cards we accept ( Mastercard / Visa /Visa Delta / visa Debit/ Maestro ).

Please note products and prices are subject to change and we charge in GB.

We will not be held responsible for pricing error of goods due to internal or software problems. GusturiRomanesti.co.uk reserves the right to decline orders if this is the case.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened or perishable items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Your statutory rights are not affected.

• Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged during delivery, please notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photographs of the damaged item(s) for verification.
• Incorrect Orders: If we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

. For non-perishable items, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 1 day of receipt.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at gusturiromanesti1@gmail.com  with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

Note: The cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If an item is damaged during transit, or in the unlikely event is faulty we will refund or exchange the item only and not the delivery cost. Only upon receipt of the goods with the fault or damage outlined, along with the return slip will a refund or exchange be given. This may take up to 14 days as the item may need to be inspected in the returns department.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in manufacturing, design may vary from the images.
GusturiRomanesti.co.uk reserves the right to change product images and specification at any time without notice.

Cancellations

From the time you placed the order, you have 2 hours to change your mind and ask for a refund. Once we’ve started to process your order, a refund is not possible.

You may cancel an order via email gusturiromanesti1@gmail.com with the relevant account name, address and order number at hand.

Payment & Security

GusturiRomanesti.co.uk accept most major credit/debit cards. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All the payments are made securely via a 3^rd party Gateway Payment provider like Stripe or Paypal. GusturiRomanesti.co.uk don’t keep or store any details about cutomers credit/debit cards.

Paypal Pay in 3

Pay in 3 eligibility is subject to status and approval. UK residents only. Pay in 3 is a form of credit, may not be suitable for everyone and use may affect your credit score.

GusturiRomanesti.co.uk reserves the right to update any content on this webpage from pricing, to images without prior notice. We will not be held responsible for pricing error of goods due to internal or software problems. GusturiRomanesti.co.uk reserves the right to decline orders if this is the case. Images and appearance may vary from the images shown on the webpage. All sizes shown are also approximate.
